I’m so giddy right now! Taking lots & lots of pics of A Tea Leaf jewelry... with my fancy new camera. My old camera was a Canon Rebel too... but from 2003. What an upgrade!
Etsy order coming right up!
Making earrings with my favorite vintage beads. These beads are from the 1960's. It's funny how they match my tools. I titled them Freckles in her Eyes. The name is inspired by Such Great Heights song. Do you have a favorite Postal Service song?

New Jewelry at Sweet Jayne
Happy Monday lovelies! This past week I brought TONS of A Tea Leaf handmade jewelry, Portland magnets, and greeting cards in to Sweet Jayne boutique at 19th & NE Broadway, here in Portland, Oregon. I even stocked them up with new styles; necklaces and earrings that incorporate painted seashells and wood beads. Sweet Jayne has been carrying A Tea Leaf goodies since last December. Not only do they sell locally made jewelry, but higher-end brand clothing as well. It's such a pretty boutique, it's hard to resist buying something every time I visit! This last visit I purchased two fabulous dresses. I'll be sure to post pictures of them in the future! A Tea Leaf earrings and necklaces...

Friday Feature: "Freckles In Her Eyes" dangle earrings
Today's feature is "Freckles In Her Earrings" dangle earrings handcrafted by yours truly. These are my favorite modern, yet kitschy, earrings to date!
I am smitten over these vintage lucite white & gold speckled turquoise lentil shaped beads.
Their name is inspired by one of my favorite bands, The Postal Service's song, "Such Great Heights". It's such a lovely song.
The band is composed of two talented fellows, that I admire very much, Ben Gibbard from Death Cab For Cutie and Jimmy Tamborello from Dntel.
These earrings are shipped in, I must say, an adorable jewelry box. The box's lid features my collage artwork.
